铜 (略) (略) 现公开招标采购一台锚杆台车，并拟与中标供应商就该货物采购、亚博安卓下载的售后服务等事宜建立长期亚博im电竞的合作伙伴关系，欢迎满足资格条件的潜在投标人索取招标文件投标。

tongling nonferrous metals group co., ltd. intends to purchase a set of rock bolting rig for underground mining by way of international competitive bidding, and plans to establish a long-term cooperative partnership with the bid winning supplier on good procurement and after-sales service,etc. welcome the eligible bidders obtain the bidding documents and participate in the bid.

1) 招标内容

the goods of the bid：

交货时间：合同生效后8个月内。

delivery schedule： within eight months after the effectiveness of the contract.

交货地点：国产货物为ddp冬瓜山铜矿；境外货物为cif上海港或exw中国境内的综合保税区。

trade terms of delivery：ddp tongling nonferrous metals group dongguashan copper mine(for the goods offered from within prc) . cif shanghai port or exw comprehensive bonded zones in china (for the goods offered from abroad).

2) 投标人资格要求

qualification requirements for the bidders：

1)投标人在开标日前应具备独立法人资格的制造商，外资制造商在中国大 *** 的授权代理商或分支机构，和独立签订供货合同的权利，具备履行合同供货能力，投标时提供相关证明材料。设备制造商须具有iso9001质量管理体系认证证书。投标人应在投标文件中提供有效的营业执照(或注册证书)影印件。

the bidder shall be a manufacturer with the qualifications of a general taxpayer and an independent legal person,or a branch or authorized agent of foreign manufacturers in chinese mainland,with the supply capacity to perform the contract ,have the right to sign supply contracts independently, before the bid opening date. the relevant supporting materials shall be provided when bidding. the equipment manufacturer must have the iso9001 quality management system cer *** bidder shall provide the copy of business license( or business registration certificate) in his bid.

2）资质业绩要求：投标人经营或制造相同或类似产品五年以上，投标人在中国大 *** 近5年（从2018年1月至投标截止时间）有销售业绩且能够提供良好的亚博安卓下载的售后服务（列明客户清单和亚博安卓下载的售后服务机构），货物使用无重大事故和不良投诉。

the bidder shall have at least 5 year’s experience in managing or manufacturing similar types of goods, shall have sales achievements of similar types of goods within recent 5 years (form january ,2018 to the deadline for bid submission)and can supply good after sales service in the chinese mainland (customer list and name of after sales service facilities shall be attached). the sold goods shall have no serious accident and no complaint from user.

3)投标方必须提供符合招标要求的供货合同复印件，一旦发现业绩有造假现象， (略) 理。

the bidder shall provide a copy of the supply contract that meets the bidding requirements. once the performance is found to be false, the bid shall be rejected.

4)本项目不接受联合体投标。

the bidder can not be a joint venture.
